Brandon, MB. — The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba’s sales team continues to grow!
Three months after bringing Drew Clayton on board as the Exhibition’s new Sponsorship Coordinator, General Manager, Mark Humphries, has announced the appointment of Macayla Lyons as their new Tradeshow Coordinator.
Originally from Killarney, Macayla joins the Provincial Exhibition after years of operating her own small business – Lyons Custom Creations.
Her business, which specialized in personalized custom-created items, was a frequent tradeshow exhibitor throughout the area and that experience should help her in the marketing and sales of the Exhibition’s annual events.
“That experience should prove beneficial,” says Humphries. “As a small business owner, you tend to wear a number of hats….from the creation to the marketing and sales and that should definitely assist Macayla in working with the various exhibitors.”
Macayla’s first day on the job will be July 31st and her first event will be Manitoba AG EX, scheduled for this October at the Keystone Centre. As well, she will begin work on preparations for the 2024 Royal Manitoba Winter Fair in March.
