Brandon, MB. – The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba is excited to announce that a valuable member of their staff has been named a finalist for this year’s Tourism Westman’s Tribute to Tourism Awards.
22-year old Britteny Breemersch, a Brandon University student, who also serves as the Financial Assistant, among other duties, for the Provincial Exhibition is among five finalists for Aspiring Youth.
She joins a field of nominees that include Sydney Murray of Hamiota, Cassandra Cardy and Zac Easton of Minnedosa and Elkhorn’s Taylor Wegener.
“I’m honoured to have been nominated for this prestigious award,” says Breemersch, who is currently studying Psychology in her undergraduate for Law school at Brandon University. “Providing support to the community that I’ve grown up in and continue to grow in has always been important to me so being nominated is a genuine honour.”
