SWAIN ELECTED NEW PROVINCIAL EXHIBITION PRESIDENT

Brandon, MB. – The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba has a new President.

Clint Swain was elected Tuesday night at the Exhibition’s Directors Annual General Meeting at the historic Dome Building.

The Regional Sales Manager at Behlen, Swain has been a member of the Exhibition’s Board of Directors for the last six years, including four on the Executive Board. The past two years he served as Vice President.

Since 2022, he has served as co-Chair of the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. In addition to his responsibilities with Behlen and the Provincial Exhibition, Clint currently serves as coach of the U11 Brandon Wheat Kings and spends countless hours at the stable with his daughter and her horse.

While Swain was elected President, Tim Rowan was voted in as the new Vice President. A Senior Financial Advisor with IG Wealth Management, Rowan has served as a Director for the past six years.

In addition to the leadership appointments, one new director – Dallas Mennie – was chosen to the Executive Board while three others were re-elected. They include Dallas Johnston, Clarke Swain and Brent Miller.

Swain’s first appearance as President will come this Friday morning at the Dome when he hosts a special Royal Manitoba Winter Fair Media Reception. His first official duty meanwhile will be Thursday, February 22nd at the Annual President’s Dinner at the Victoria Inn.
