It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the 2024 Midway Market Tradeshow Exhibitor’s Manual before submitting the Exhibitor Application.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Application submission does not guarantee space. A 50% deposit is required with your application. Applications not accepted will have their application fee fully refunded. Applications will not be reviewed for space availability unless all required information is complete.

A Brandon Business License is NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT.

Exhibitor Spaces Rates

Outdoor Space (rate is per linear foot for the frontage — minimum of 10’ frontage) — $40.00 per linear foot. Booths have a maximum depth of 20 feet (if more depth is required, contact the Prov. Ex office). Note: Measurements must include awnings, ropes, trailer hitches, tanks, etc. If total measurements are not accurately calculated, you may be denied acceptance into the 2022 Manitoba Summer Fair upon arrival.

Enter a whole number. Minimum 10 feet. The number of feet of frontage will determine your the overall cost of your space, at $40 per linear foot.

Electrical Service Order

Electrical Service Order provided by the Keystone Centre (please see full Rules and Regulations in MSF Tradeshow Manual). The service provided includes installation of temporary power lines to the booth, maintenance during the show, electrical energy and removal of service at the conclusion of the event. However, it does not include connecting/disconnecting to exhibitor's equipment. Leave the QUANTITY field blank if you do not require a particular electrical service.
