Brandon, MB – The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba is proud to introduce the Inclusive Royal Experience, a program designed to ensure that individuals who are physically and/or intellectually challenged, along with their caregivers, have the opportunity to enjoy the 2025 Royal Manitoba Winter Fair (RMWF) at a discounted admission rate.
The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair takes place March 31 – April 5, 2025, at the Keystone Centre in Brandon, MB and welcomes thousands of visitors annually to experience world-class entertainment, agriculture education, livestock showcases, and thrilling equestrian events.
As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility and inclusion, the Inclusive Royal Experience offers discounted gate admission to eligible individuals and their caregivers, allowing them to attend on the day of their choice.
How to Apply for the Inclusive Royal Experience
- Each participant may receive one ticket per day.
- Orders and payments must be received by Sunday, March 14 @ 11:59 PM , 2025 – no exceptions.
- Admissions will be issued via email on or before March 21, 2025.
- Applications will be reviewed, and groups that do not meet the eligibility requirements will receive a refund.
