Our pinnacle event, The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair (RMWF), is held annually during Manitoba’s March spring break. A tourism highlight in Western Canada, the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is one of Western Canada’s largest agricultural events and the largest annual event to be held in Brandon, Manitoba. The RMWF is one of only two fairs in Canada to receive Royal designation from Queen Elizabeth II and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Events in North America, receiving numerous awards from the tourism industry. At the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, you can expect to see world-class show jumping, heavy horse competitions, livestock sales and displays, a quality hands-on agricultural education program , exceptional live entertainers, over 300 commercial and agricultural exhibits, and much more!

Agriculture
Meet the farmers and their animals in the Royal Farm Yard, a 44,000 sq. ft. space filled with live animal shows, cattle competitions, and hands-on experiences. Kids can dig into the giant sandbox, ride a mini tractor, and try the seed separator.
Plus, explore the new Soil Superheroes exhibit in the MNP Hall, an interactive display from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, where visitors can learn about soil science, conservation, and sustainability through playful characters like Captain Clay, The Mole, and Wonder Worm!

Enjoy non-stop fun at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, featuring exciting performances and interactive shows for all ages! Family friendly activities at the Royal Court Yard, be amazed by The Magician & The Muse, laugh along with Doodles the Clown, and watch the incredible stunts of the Canine Circus. Sunrise Breakfast
Kick off the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair with the Annual Sunrise Breakfast, presented by Sunrise Credit Union! Join us at the Dome Building on Monday, March 31st from 7–10 AM for a delicious breakfast—just $10 per person, which includes admission to the fair for the day.

Horse Show
Experience the thrill of top-level equestrian competition at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair! Events kick off early each day in Westoba Place Main Arena and the Westoba Ag Centre of Excellence, featuring elite show jumping, Hackney, and heavy horse events.
Whether you’re a seasoned equestrian fan or a first-time spectator, 5,000 seats offer the perfect view of precision, power, and elegance in the ring. Don’t miss the excitement of Manitoba’s #1 indoor horse show!
