NOTE: It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the 2024 Exhibitor’s Manual prior to submitting the Tradeshow Exhibitor Application.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Application submission does not guarantee space. Applications not accepted will have their application fee fully refunded. Applications will not be reviewed for space availability unless all required information is complete.

Regulations

All current Manitoba Health Regulations at the time of event will be followed and enforced.

Identification is required along with the proof of vaccination.

This is a fully immunized event.

Please note: This event is subject to all Manitoba Health Orders. All Health Orders will be followed and plans for safety and sanitation during the event will be released at a later date.

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 must be provided upon entry by all Exhibitors and their staff 12 years of age and over.

Tradeshow Spaces/Booths

Tradeshow spaces/booths (with exception of Tradeshow Gold) include an 8-foot draped back and 3' draped sides. These are available WITH or WITHOUT ELECTRICAL. Regular booth spaces and a limited number of CORNER booth spaces are available. If you pay for but do not receive a corner booth, we will reimburse you the cost paid for the corner booth ($125 per booth). Leave the QUANTITY field blank if you do not require a particular type of space/booth.

Electrical Service Order

Electrical Service Order provided by the Keystone Centre (please see full Rules and Regulations in RMWF Tradeshow Manual). The service provided includes installation of temporary power lines to the booth, maintenance during the show, electrical energy and removal of service at the conclusion of the event. However, it does not include connecting/disconnecting to exhibitor's equipment. Leave the QUANTITY field blank if you do not require a particular electrical service.

15 Amp - 120 Volt (Additional)

Exhibitor Passes

Each booth space comes with two (2) Weekly Gate Passes for your workers to enter the fair. If you would prefer Daily Passes, there is a $15.00 fee to convert a Weekly Pass to Daily Passes. Additional passes may be purchased below or at a later date.

The Provincial Exhibition reserves the right to deny any application/contract for any reason. There will be no refunds issued for cancelled space after January 31, 2024. Certificate of insurance is required with signing of final contract.

By signing this application the Exhibitor agrees to allow their contact information to be released and used for advertising purposes in conjunction with the Personal Information & Protection Act. By signing this application the exhibitor also agrees to allow the Provincial Exhibition to give out their contact information to consumers for sales and customer service information.
