Image Release and Liability Waiver

In connection with the above-named event and on behalf of myself or a minor (of whom I am the parent or legal guardian), I:

give Bank of Montreal and its affiliates (BMO) permission to photograph, film, interview, or otherwise capture my image and/or record my voice;
give BMO the irrevocable and perpetual right to use my name, image, city, province or state of residence, the film, photograph(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recording(s) of my voice (including any interview statements), in part or in whole (Elements) in any media and manner, including, the Internet and social media, for marketing or any other lawful purpose;
waive any right to inspect or approve the Elements or any materials in which my Elements appear that may be used now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown;
agree that any and all materials created by BMO that incorporate the Elements will remain the sole and exclusive property of BMO and that I will not receive any royalty, compensation or other benefit in connection with the Elements; and
release BMO from all claims including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity arising out of any use of the Elements.
