Brandon, MB  — The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba is proud to announce its re-elected and newly appointed Board of Directors following the Annual Shareholders Meeting held on December 10th, 2025, at the historic Dome Building. The organization also celebrated a significant milestone, recognizing Wayne Buhr as this year’s recipient of the prestigious Jim Figol Volunteer Award.

Honouring Wayne Buhr

The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba is also proud to recognize Wayne Buhr as the recipient of the Jim Figol Award, which honours outstanding dedication, leadership, and long-term commitment to the organization. Wayne’s contributions have played a meaningful role in the continued success of the Provincial Exhibition, and the organization extends its sincere gratitude for his service.

“Wayne has been a tremendous asset to our organization and a true embodiment of the values Jim Figol represented,” said Clint Swain, President. “His dedication and years of service have helped shape the success of the Provincial Exhibition, and we are proud to recognize his contributions with this award.”

Welcoming New Directors

The Provincial Exhibition welcomes the following newly elected Directors:
Brian Breemersch, Robin Hamilton, Ryan Lapointe, Cody Robinson, Trevor Webster, Patrick Wilcox, Chris Arthur.

The organization also acknowledges and thanks the following retiring Directors for their years of dedication and service: Mitch Kaminsky, Ron Kristjasson, Dayle Hugson, Wayne Buhr, Dallas Johnston.
