Exhibitor Application

Apply now to be an exhibitor at the 2026 Brandon Home and Leisure Show.

The applicant is responsible for reviewing the 2026 Brandon Home and Leisure Show Exhibitors Manual before submitting the Exhibitor Application.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Application submission does not guarantee space. 50% of the fees are required with the application. The remaining 50% of fees is due February 9, 2026. Applications not accepted will have their application fee fully refunded. Applications will not be reviewed for space availability unless all required information is complete.

Terms and Agreement

The Brandon Home and Leisure Show reserves the right to deny any application/contract for any reason. There will be no refunds issued for cancelled space after December 19, 2025.

City of Brandon General Business License

All exhibitors are required to have a valid City of Brandon General Business License. If you do not have a license, add one below. A $60 fee will be added to your booth reservation fee and we will submit a Business License application on your behalf.

Electrical Service

The 15-Amp electrical service WILL NOT be included in the booth space this year. Additional electrical services are provided by the Keystone Centre. Please see full Rules and Regulations in the 2026 Brandon Home and Leisure Show Exhibitor's Manual. The service provided includes installation of temporary power lines to the booth, maintenance during the show, electrical energy, and removal of service at the conclusion of the event. However, it does not include connecting/disconnecting to exhibitor's equipment. Special requests may have additional labour rates. Please contact the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba for more information. Rates are subject to change.

Payments by cash can be made in person at the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba office, 1200 - 13th Street, Unit 1A, Brandon, Manitoba. Your booth reservation will be processed once your payment is received.

E-Transfer Payments

Payments by e-transfer can be sent to finance@provincialex.com. Include "2026 BHLS", your name and your business name in the memo field of the e-transfer. Your booth reservation will be processed once your payment is received.
