
Brandon, MB — May 6, 2026 — The Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba is proud to present Westman Abilities Day as part of the Manitoba Summer Fair, taking place Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Keystone Centre in Brandon.
Westman Abilities Day is a dedicated, inclusive afternoon experience designed for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, along with their caregivers, to enjoy a welcoming and accessible Fair environment at their own pace.
Presented in partnership with the Brandon Lions Club and Wheat City Lions Club, and supported by North American Midway Entertainment and Heritage Co-op, this initiative reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful, community-focused experiences for all.
Participants and their caregivers will receive complimentary admission, along with access to select Midway rides suited for the event, entry to the Petting Farmyard, and a food voucher for a hot dog and soft drink.
During the two-hour program, select rides will be open and supported to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests are also welcome to remain on-site following the event, with wristband access and re-entry options available throughout the day.
Food and beverage support will be provided between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM through Heritage Co-op, the Lions Clubs, and Old Dutch, offering a complimentary meal for attendees.
Applications for Westman Abilities Day must be submitted by Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Approved tickets will be distributed electronically to the submitting contact. Late applications will not be accepted to ensure proper processing.
