NOTE: It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the 2026 Concessionaire’s Manual prior to submitting the Concessionaire Application.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Application submission does not guarantee space. Applications not accepted will have their application fee fully refunded. Applications will not be reviewed for space availability unless all required information, including at least 50% deposit, is received.

Concession Spaces/Booths

Concession spaces/booths include an 8-foot draped back and 3' draped sides. Regular booth spaces and a limited number of CORNER booth spaces are available. If you pay for but do not receive a corner booth, we will reimburse you the cost paid for the corner booth ($125 per booth). Leave the QUANTITY field blank if you do not require a particular type of space/booth.

Electrical Service Order

Additional Electrical Service Order provided by the Keystone Centre (please see full Rules and Regulations in RMWF Trade Show Manual). The service provided includes installation of temporary power lines to the booth, maintenance during the show, electrical energy and removal of service at the conclusion of the event. However, it does not include connecting/disconnecting to exhibitor's equipment. Special requests may have additional labour rates. Please contact the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba for more information. Leave the QUANTITY field blank if you do not require a particular electrical service.

Each booth space comes with 2 weekly gate passes for your workers to enter the fair. Additional passes may be purchased at the time of submitting your application or by March 2nd, 2026. Passes at vendor price are only available until March 2nd, 2026. After March 2nd, they become full price.

The Provincial Exhibition reserves the right to deny any application/contract for any reason. There will be no refunds issued for cancelled space after January 5, 2026. Certificate of insurance is required to participate at event.
